Our Story

Three Peaks Mountain Lodges is locally owned by Developer/ Engineer, Joseph Isaac. It was born out of a vision to create a hideaway in a tranquil setting for family and friends to bask in an environment which embraces the principles of self-reliance and ecological sustainability. A dream of re-enacting Dominican childhood experience in a luxurious way has become a reality.

This 10-acre property is the host of four (4) lodges built amidst a food forest of citrus, coffee, bananas, cocoa and other unique tropical fruits, which were planted in a labor of love. You can enjoy a casual walk through our pristine primary forest and a Vegetable and Herb Garden.

Hurricane Maria wreaked havoc to the property, thus in its re-design, a minimalist concept and construction method in which 90% of the materials used are from local granite rocks and indigenous salvage lumber derived from the devastation caused by the hurricane.

The final product and services offered embodies lessons learnt through a journey of challenges and successes which began in 2007. This perfect paradise of beauty was created through teamwork, shared passion, and determination of local artisans, community farmers, contractors, family and friends.
